Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
All sarong orders are shipped from Portugal. Your order will be processed as soon as possible from the time the order is placed. You will have an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
When placing an order please make sure to give a phone number as well as a physical address (not a PO BOX), where there will be someone present during working hours (Monday- Friday, 9am – 5pm). The package must be signed for when delivered.
PRE ORDERS
If you are ordering stock and a pre order style, please state whether you want to wait for the items to be shipped together. Please note that Pre Order items do have a month processing time at this stage.
INTERNATIONAL
Parcels being delivered internationally may be subject to import duties and/or customs charges when entering your country. These charges will vary from country to country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver of the goods, please contact your local customs office for more information.
All care is taken to delivery your order promptly, however we do not take responsibility for courier delays beyond our control. We also do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by insufficient delivery information.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Although we hope you love all your pieces purchased from our store, we have a returns policy in place if you aren’t 100% happy with your order. If you have any questions before you make your purchase, we suggest you contact us prior to placing your order, please contact us here or send an email to hello@luciemarquis.com
Please note, returns and exchanges are accepted on all full price merchandise only. All sale items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged (unless deemed faulty). This applies to both international and domestic orders.
All items must be returned to us in its original condition with original tags attached. The Lucie Marquis Studio reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet these requirements.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Please email hello@luciemarquis.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request return authorisation. Please quote your order number and the item or items that you wish to return or exchange.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you including our return address details and instructions for returning your item. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 14 business days from the date we send you a return authorisation email. All returns must be returned to Lucie Marquis Studio with a tracking number and signature upon delivery option.
- Once we receive the return, you will be issued with a full refund (less shipping) or an exchange.
Please note, the responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by our team. We will not be responsible or liable of any item(s) you wish to return to Lucie Marquis is lost, misdirected, or delivered late or damaged in transit. The customer must bear the risks of returning their purchase. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs; including local duties & taxes applicable to international orders. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product. We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.
